I personally don't care for the 360 or the Wii.

I feel that the 360 has a real lack of diversity in its software lineup. Its most prominent games are shooters, sports, and racing/driving sims while it completely lacks a prominent JRPG, has only recently gotten two decent action-adventure games(Assassin's Creed and Devil May Cry 4, both of which are multi-platform anyway), and after two years, it hasn't a single platformer or offstyle racer. I'm also not too thrilled about the large hidden costs($50/yr for online, $100 for wireless).

As far as the Wii is concerned, I don't see anything all that "innovative" about its control scheme. As a matter of fact, it makes some games terrible, and I really don't like that it's the only option for games like Super Mario Galaxy and Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. Seriously, was it asking too much to include classic controller support? The friend code thing is also rather inconvenient. Last but not least, the price is way too high for what you're getting.

All that being said, I would not take any pleasure in either of the two failing as their market performance is not hindering me from enjoying the consoles that I do like for this generation(PSP, DS, PS3).
