The thing I hate most about the VC is that the games still run in the original shit resolution.
I mean I have most of the games (and probably paid less than what they will cost on VC like I bought MetroidPrime and DoubleDash for 15 bucks each) and being as expensive as they are they could at least offer some advantages over the originals. Having every GC version including PAL work at 60FPS mode AND progressive scan would be nice.
I want N64 and especially GC games to run at 1080p. But since GC games already run on WiiU (if you use homebrew etc) they will probably just let you download the ISO and play it with some kind of virtual disk drive with added VC overlay and controller support but on hardware NOT in software emulation.
You just cant really connect a GC controller or memory card right now so its not officially supported but other than the lack of GC slots the WiiU can play GC games.
Edit: That makes me want a GC Controller and MemoryCard addon for the WiiU's USB ports. Do it Nintendo!!!! (with build in GB Player haha)
