I said Reggie should take Iwata's place, but truly I think Iwata is a really smart guy. There's no need to replace Iwata as the head, but there is need to open eyes to Western gamers and developers.
For exmaple Nintendo should start sending it's top engineers to GDC every year, both to present and to learn.
Plus I hope they learned from Sony the importance of reaching to developers as they develop Wii U's successur.
