Sure, NPD has a margin of error, but judging by their numbers and the trust that is put into their figures, one can assume that the margin of error is a standard statistical 2-3%. 20% error can easily be achieved without tracking, just by making educated guesses.

And anyone who dare to say NPD is not better, you should just stop lying one second. NPD is the only thing used by Sony/Nintendo/MS. Not VGchartz and their unaccurate numbers.
