Yeah, sure I mean I play Nintendo games as well. Zelda, Mario, Pikmin, even party games, etc. appeal to adults too.
That doesn't change that a higher % of those gaming on Nintendo are kids, especially Nintendo handhelds.
Plus you can see it in Nintendo's demographics. They extended their reach broadly with Wii. Then they tried to make Wii U appeal to a more mature audience but it didn't work, so they went back to focusing on kids.
