Still if he meant Obama, that means Joe Biden would be president... which actually might be worse, as Joe Biden is fucking insane.   If he was president right now we'd probably invade Russia because Putin insulted his intellegence.

No I don't mean Obama or something You're first paragraph is what my thought process is. This power is too great to pass so might as well do something that is morally right but stop before it gets out of hand.
