This show seems unfortunately bound for a rather quick end by the way the story line is going though, which is unfortunate, and I'm not entirely a fan of the fact it seems to be wrapping up way differently than how Will Graham caught Dr. Lector in the books/Red Dragon.

Hopefully they can save the series for a Season 3 at least.

There are seven seasons planned, with ambitions to remake the events of Red Dragon (so far, the show is a prequel) and Silence (if they can get the rights from MGM). It'll probably happen if the show gets picked up by *insert cable network here* (Showtime?) after its inevitable cancellation.
