While averaging it out across the time on the market would suggest this, the Wii U sales were s ofront loaded (over 3 million of those were in the first 3 months weren't they?).
However I still think comparing the GC and Wii U as if they are identical propositions is misguided and the Wii U still has a chance to shift more units than most currently predict, but only time will tell. No point telling people they're crazy for their predictions, I remember when Wii U was going to massacre Vita sales as little as 12 months ago yet it still hasn't overtaken it.
