But seriously, of course Nintendo will allow nudity. I don't even know if most of the OP is serious about the GTA/Witcher porting stuff. The Gamecube had some bodies shown. Nintendo just doesn't like to do it themselves.
And the last thing they need now is some controversy over 3rd party censorship. I don't think it would spin well for them. ESRB's got it covered here.
