I see what you are saying and understand. But I feel different....I honestly feel that people just take lists wars to serious. All it does is show what is available to play on the systems. People just like to argue about what they FEEL is worth playing or not. Or what they "care" about. Which is indeed fine we all have our opinions on things.
But what does that have to do with making a lists of games available on opposing systems? Why is it taken to heart when a person makes a list? Not making a list is not the answer in my opinion. It is people getting so worked up over a list that is the problem. Or feeling the need to downplay a list that doesn't "fit their agenda". Nothing wrong with discussing a list or games on a list at all. Nothing wrong with saying you prefer game A or B or list games C-F on the lists and don't like G-K etc.
Just don't make it seem like opinion is fact...that is the issue.
