Maybe screenshots on Miiverse won't be allowed.

Nintendo will allow it as long as gets a M rating, but they don't allow AO (adulty only) games.

They censored Bravely Default because of pedophilia accusations, there are several fighting games on Nintendo consoles with women in fewer clothes.
