Yes, they will allow nudity on the game, does not matter how much it has as long as it is properly rated by the ESRB. They censored the old game because there was no rating board and they were thinking about the children, but now the rating board is there, the parenting locking is available, game stores card buyers and the 3rd parties can do what they want... I will give an example: BMX XXX was not censored on the Gamecube but it was on the PS2.
