Yeah a $50 price drop with Mario Kart bundled for free would have been the best option. $250 to get the system and the game if they want to seriously move some hardware. Even if it's just a temporary price drop like the XBO in March. 

That would be something, at least.  A temporary price drop to spike sales and then maybe a permanent one near the holidays.

It would make for some good bragging rights for E3 and maybe help out Iwata regarding Nintendo's shareholder meeting in June.
