The lowest it went last year was 114k with 36k from Japan. I'd imagine Japan can stay at least above 10k, so it could still be down in the west YoY yet stay above 80k WW.
Of course, most data still points to the 3DS being overtracked last year. That lowest week was the first week of June before Animal Crossing. VGC had US sales for the month at 313k originally, adjusted down to 267k now. NPD was 225k.
