I hope by 2020 SSD like flash cards are cheap enough to be used as game cartridges. Back in the 90s cartridges out died due to their limited size but today they have more than enough.
There is already optical disk format announced with up to 1TB capacity, SSD won't be used.

In my opinion storage will be flash, getting the games will be via internet.

It depends.
I mean, Flash is still *very* expensive per gigabyte compared to mechanical.
And for that to come down flash needs to be built on a lower fabrication process, however the side-effect of that however is you get reduced drive longevity due to various factors such as electromigration and general leakage.
As for digital, well, the market for physical is indeed decreasing in the face of digital, however there is always a large group of people who are adverse to change and people will still probably wish to continue to use last-century optical discs for their movie and music needs anyway.

Well, we are talking about 2020 here... We can't really forecast how the world will be in 6 years, this is close to impossible these days, sadly. As more and more devices use flash, it will automatically go down in price and that really is a good thing. I don't want any mechanical stuff in my computing devices.
So I am mixing hope with quite an educated guess 
There was also a large group several years ago which didn't want to have their email at the provider but get it theirself via pop3. Nowadays most people use imap. 6 years ago cloud-storage was close to unknown, nowadays many people use google drive or dropbox. People get used to stuff quite fast, it seems.
