Should Nintendo allow localization through dowload only?

I guess but what I think what they should do is just start a kickstarter for all the games that they don't feel confident enough that it will sell well! That way, the fans can vote with their wallet and show them that we want these valuable games and if Nintendo does it and it succeeds, the rest will do it as well (for better or for worse)
