I don't see why not. Honestly, I expect some kind of PS4K or something to come out before we see a PS5.
People seem to have a really bad perception of is required for 4k console. PS4 currently can run many games in 4k. Basically any PS3 game would be no sweat for it. A PS5 with the bare minimum 5 generations newer CPU+GPU combo and stacked RAM would run games unqchievaable on PS4 at 4k with ease.
Stop hate, let others live the life they were given. Everyone has their problems, and no one should have to feel ashamed for the way they were born. Be proud of who you are, encourage others to be proud of themselves. Learn, research, absorb everything around you. Nothing is meaningless, a purpose is placed on everything no matter how you perceive it. Discover how to love, and share that love with everything that you encounter. Help make existence a beautiful thing.
