Ps2 had strong 3rd party and first party support unlike wii u
Playstation vita is an handheld and it sold poorly before it get support from third party that why i don't believe japanese prefer handheld over home console they just prefer console who had better games.
PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m
Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m
