Nintendo wouldn't let Tecmo Koei make Hyrule Warriors with out a price. This is the price. 

uh, I'm pretty sure Nintendo wouldn't have this mindset. They have a good relationship with Tecmo Koei, and Nintendo has a major hold on the Fatal Frame series.
