17-18 in the first game. I'll have to check. 

Since it was released in Norway she must have been 18+.

 

 

Also, SA-X made Fusion 10 times better by default. ^^

Sratch that, I think I remember now, she was either 19-20 in the first game. She was 17 when she was in the federation.
