I've never played a BoF but I've seen some vids and it looks great. I also plan to buy the ones on the VC once I get more Wii points. This would further Capcom's support on the Wii with a big AAA game. Plus the Wii needs more RPGs so it would help in Japan too. IMO, that would be the best support Capcom could give us, besides MH3. And since all other Capcom games on the Wii are selling great, BoF VI would, too.

Anyone else want BoF VI on the Wii?

I would like one, but I doubt that's the best support Capcom could give us and I'm not sure why you use Monster Hunter is an example to show their support. Will it sell great? Yeah. It's still a good to great franchise however in terms of quality(opinion + review score averages) and not nearly close to "AAA" status. Also Breath of Fire was never really a "AAA" status game to begin with and I'm not sure where you're getting that if Capcom would release a new one, it would somehow become one of those genre defining games since it never really was past maybe the first one or two. Breath of Fire III has a Gamerankings score of 74% and Breath of Fire IV has an 82%. When the original two were re-released on GBA, they only got a 76% and 75%. Breath of Fire Dragon Quarter for the PS2 only got a 78%. Nothing there speaks to the game's being of "AAA" status. Back in the SNES days, Breath of Fire was severly overshadowed by most Squaresoft, Enix and SEGA RPGs at the time. This is from the wikipedia page on the original Breath of Fire:

Reception

[edit] Critical response

The game received moderately positive reviews. Electronic Gaming Monthly gave it an 8/10, while Nintendo Power offered a 4/5. Overall, Breath of Fire has earned an 80% universal approval rating from critics on Game Rankings.[14] Reviewers from RPGamer have complained about the linear nature of the story and the limited number of sidequests, which reduce replay value.[2][6] One IGN reviewer warns that game's difficulty is unforgiving.[5] However, another from RPGamer believes that ability to swap out defeated characters during battle, coupled with Ryu's powerful dragon spells, cripples the challenge of the game's later boss battles.[6]
