In UK: a crossing guard who uses a big, lollipop-looking sign (see picture).
Shouldn't these council members fire themselves for assuming that a black fellow comparing another black fellow to King Kong must be referring to appearance and not temper? That's a clear admission that they think black people generally resemble gorillas. Racists!
