Whoever said PS2 is just being silly, or quite frankly doesn't remember it. PS2 had a very mediocre launch lineup (especially next to the DC) and didn't really have any games worth owning until 2001. I seem to recall several people and critics taking aim at the PS2's launch just because the games were so bland.
