They may be able to overclock the cpu,gpu, and ram. Not to 3.2ghz , but maybe around 1.5ghz. They could fix the hard drive issue by supporting usb hard drives or let you play off of SD. This may work , the only problem I would see is the updates on the dvds for people without internet not working too well.
