So they can win the 8th generation. See, Nintendo lacked the business sense to release their new system right before the others so that the could claim the 8th gen win. Sony however, should be able to see this. By winning 8th gen Sony can then brag they won 3 generations of gaming and that means they know what gamers want. They can use this to convince gamers to buy the Ps5. Then right before MS and Nintendo launches their new systems they can launch the Ps6 and claim they were the market leader for 4 generations.
Its a brilliant strategy. Do you agree?
