For kids who want to mess around and add a few bits to their videos with friends this looks class if I'm being honest, I'd have loved to have features like this on a camera when I was 10-15, that picture in picture playback could be put to good use, heck you could pretty much recreate some of the best movies of the 80s using just this dsiware app lol.
Now the shit part... every DS/3DS camera ever is 0.3megapixel and unless you have actual studio certified lighting you would not be able to see anything with it, clearly having a tool which can put some good movie effects is a great thing... but the camera is just way too dark on its own, adding filters over that would just make it worse.
