Discussions of what sells and what doesn't has no bearing on what one specific person enjoys or doesn't enjoy.
You can truly love something that does not dominate the mass market, and can in fact take pride in having different tastes than the majority.
The bombastic claims of dominance based solely on personal preference is not an outcome of personal taste, but of misplaced ego.

"you can still avoid shoving it into anyone's face" my point is that people will most likely have a preference for a console, the only matter is how you deal with it. And some people fail to do that decently (I did, and still do sometimes). Add "like it's the truth" at the end of the sentence quoted above if it makes my point easier.
