Holy shit. I'd be surprised if the Wii U sells more than 12 million. There is no reason to think the Wii U will sell more than the Gamecube or even on par with it. And I'd be also shocked (though in a good way) if the 3DS sells more than 100 million.

I predicted 120 million for PS4 minimum for its lifetime.

Wii U will see some major sale spikes with MK8, SSB4, and Zelda HD, so I think 25-30 million isn't out of the question, if not probable.

Judging from previous major releases of said titles on previous consoles, sales will defintely spike. 7 million with no major games currently, and it's only 2 years old. Give it some time. 

6 million actually. And it has had both a 2D and 3D Mario. 

2D Mario isn't really a major seller, and 3D World won't even come close to the selling power of SSB4 or Zelda. And you're right about the sales figure, I was thinking about the PS4 for some reason XD
