The question is, will MS still get the 3rd party games that are important?  If they still get 3rd party and a bunch of exclusives it will still be an interesting gaming machine if the price is right. Sadly PS4 will dominate, yes, but this doesn't mean Xbone will be a bad decision and that it will be a financial disaster for MS.

I'm pretty sure there is no return at this point in europe (unless they have a massive price cut). Remember when the PS3 came one year after the 360 and over priced? Well, thats what is happening in the remaining markets MS didnt launch on. Except maybe a bit worse as the PS4 is selling and gaining shelf space at a crazy pace.

Yes, PS4 is feeding us because the last gen lasted way too long and gamers want something new. That said with the current games it's surprising both systems are selling that good, in my opinion. But it also shows that console gaming is still relevant and important, they are not losing against mobile gaming.
