As I said on my stealthly edit post: "We people here have a tendency to mix WW sales with NPDs".
To be clear and for the sake of my argument, the 1/3 part is sole from USA.
My point is, Neogaf has a 90+ page thread of people glooming doom for a 60k lead and a overall lead of 400k(?) as if Microsoft had no way in hell to overcome this and the situation for the next, let say, 8 years os setled in stone.
Sory if I think this prediction is laughable.
The situation is exactly as one would expected when you put two similar products which one is cheaper than the other. I was tired to face threads here where I said: "The Xone will sell 20% to 25% less than the PS4 as long the price is 25% more, any thing more than that is a victory for such a hated console".
The people I faced, many of which are constantly banned by now, were the one saying "no one want to buy a XOne" or PS4 will outsell the XOne 3 to 1 or 5 to 1... those guys are still on NeoGaf.
The WW part, well, look at sales figure from the last 2 or 3 years. The PS4 is seling almost at the same pace as the PS3 and the same is true for the XOne/360.
