Something that I don't think anyone has mentioned, yet, is that the One has only shipped 1.1M this year, as of April 17th. Which means probably 900K-1M for Q1. This is in line with the 360's shipments for the past few years, a little worse for some years. MS keeps going on about how the One is outpacing the 360, overall, but these numbers definitely show sales are slowing down WW.

You mean a $500 console selling slightly less than the last 2 years of a $300(or $200) console?

Funny thought that the PS4 is also selling slightly less than the did PS3 last 3 years... but in that case we can always blame "the shortages".

It's $450, now, with a game and, in some stores, a free year of Live.  Of course, this only changed mid-March, so I will concede that point for Q1.  Though, you have to show me where the PS3 has been shipping ~3M units in the first quarter for the past few years.  Cause if that's true, I think we definitely have the PS3 undertracked.
