They need to undercut the PS4 price by any means, win back some market share and do it quickly. Easiest way to cut price is make a kinetic less sku. Its big picture time, selling more X1 and keeping up with PS4 is more important then the barely used camera no matter what they had originally planned.

Technically it was cheaper than a PS4 IF your interested in Titanfall.  

Even technically not really, add $50 if you want rechargable batteries and to use your own headset.

And if your gonna buy a new headset for any console I'd say your gonna do it for the PS4 over the X1.  

Ms official battery pack is 25 here.  No not new headset just the one most of us already own.
