When I was 13 I had a paper route so I could afford a Sega CD. You can also make money mowing peoples grass. You can watch videos on Youtube and learn a great deal about plumbing and auto mechanics and fix things like these for decent to good money. Also you would be surprised how many people don't know a thing about plumbing or mechanics, and pay up to 1 hundred dollars per hour for a new toilet to be installed or an alternator/o2 sensor to be replaced on a car. Good luck! Oh yeah you can get a work permit at your school if in usa at like 14 and flip burgers too part time.
