I have little doubt the X1 will pass the WiiU before the WiiU passes the Vita.
Based on this weeks numbers, even if MK8 permanently doubled the WiiU's sales, it would still be gaining on the Vita slower than the X1 would be towards the WiiU. That's before you even consider that the X1 has 300k less to gain than the WiiU does.
