Sorry if my reply came off critical, wasn't meant to be. There can be issues with website design and development to cater for certain things. VGChartz website seems very heavily based on databases and so has to work around them and while changes could be visual only, functions may change or might not work at all because of basic changes. Sometimes writing a website from scratch is easier than rebuilding an already existing database driven website to look different.
