Generally I feel like waiting. There's the occassional game I want at full price and will get at full price if I can afford it, but other than that, I generally wait until they're at most 20€, usually less. DRM is another factor: a game with DRM isn't worth much to me and the maximum amount I'll pay for a game with DRM is typically 5-10€, possibly less - no matter how interesting the game is. I don't consider online passes as DRM in my head but I guess they tecnically are, and they have a similar effect despite me not being very interested in multiplayer on consoles: 5-10€ is the maximum amount I'm willing to pay for a game using an online pass system.
So yeah, there's the factors that aren't directly related to the game itself that affect my spending. Then there's the game itself which also has a huge effect: of course I'm not buying bad games even at a low price.
And in case it wasn't clear, I consider game prices to be way too high. Luckily it's usually easy enough to wait.
