No, not by a lot. It actually didn't exceed it yet based on the official numbers - it just met them. As for exceeding by a lot, who knows whether that would happen.

Sooo your not impressed that a game you didn't think would do 12mil LIFETIME, and shipped that in less than 6 months? Wattt? Pokemon XY will keep on rising, its currently around 11.5mil-11.8mil sold (including digital) and it hasn't been out for a year.

All i kno is if i thought a game would sell a #mil lifetime, then it shipped that in 6 months i be eating crow

While, in a vaccum, the numbers are impressive, my original point was that sales of the Pokemon franchises. Of course, a Pokemon game will sell a lot. My prediction of 12M says as much. Sales for the franchise is still down. But, in all honesty, in terms of your predictions, how is the game faring till now?
