Didn't see this posted yet: Ackk Studios, the guys behind the Game Boy style RPG Two Brothers (not to be confused with Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons!), are working on a Persona 4 and Earthbound inspired game called Y2K. The character portraits are kind of putrid, but the in-game stuff has an interesting look to it.
