Not really. As the gen goes on sales goes up. 2nd year is usually better than the first and third is better than the 2nd. Its just the way things are after the initial early adopters rushes out to buy a new console. A lot of people are waiting for the libraries to get bigger and prices to drop. And f course last gen products are going to decline majorly at the same time of a new release.
