Could happen, but the wii u is selling really really badly. If things don't turn around this year, it's not going to even reach Gamecube numbers.
XBONE on its own is in bad shape, but compared to the Wii U it's a healthy console. 20+ million lifetime seems a given even if PS4 dominates.
Point being, I doubt it.
