Couple of things to take into account.
PS4 is currently selling more than XBO, it has at the moment the public more on it's side. If the XBO price cuts fail to close the gap, why do people assume that when the key games come out, it won't push PS4 hardware further... it seems quite simple really.
MLB: Wont do anything worldwide but will benefit Sony obviously in USA... small bump at least.
WatchDogs is seen as a PS4 game, though poor trailers hasn't necessarily helped.. though again no one has seen XBO version.
Destiny - this is being pushed as a PS4 game, and with a higher user base will definitely sell more on PS4 (and bring more people in to PS4).
Sunset B... I'm expecting this game to fail to be honest with you.
Project Spark: Not actually expecting this to push hardware and would expect any jump to be less than MLB (sports fans are crazy :).
Quantum Break: This is the only game that I think more people will be interested in for XBO (if released this year)... and unfortunately I am not sure its going to sell that great (it might do a Alan wake)... of course if it releases early in the console life (maybe not till 2015) then there is a good chance it will push hardware/sales (fingers crossed it sells well I love Remedy)
The Division, I expect this to be delayed. But even though it might have exclusive DLC for XBO, I expect it to push more PS4 sales.
That's my general opinion on the games, but there is one point about Pushing PS4... it's selling really well, so these games will only improve its lower sales number.. So if the gap is 100k a month, then you can expect these multiplats releases to push that figure higher, and even if its a low number (say MLB only helps push PS4 push an extra 20k consoles say).. this will just increase the gap between the machines.
So for me it all depends on the price cuts from MS, if it will do anything extra, and we have the other countries for MS in september, so we may see it close the gap in the monthly figures some. Of course Sony in previous years has seen itself do well Jan to August and MS have caught back up in the holiday months. If Sony can ensure enough stock and still have forward momentum, it may be a totally different story this year.
