I think Nintendo is arrogant and they need some more disappointment on their good efforts to realize the true cost of being arrogant about not competing with Sony / MS.
I think suggesting games be released before they are ready is one area where I would like all video game companies to be firmly arrogant. That said, perhaps Nintendo needs to start scaling up on staff and then downsizing after project completes like some of the other developers do.
