Hopefully it will be a trend, but I can't say for sure. The companies that are supporting the Wii strongest right now are Capcom, Namco, Sega, and Marvelous. Marvelous actually doesn't seem to develop anything for the PS3 or 360, and has basically become Wii exclusive.
Square Enix says that the Wii is their primary focus (along with the DS and PS3), but their actions have yet to reflect that (unlike the others above). Activision and EA are slowly comming around, and Ubisoft isn't doing too shabby either. Wii's 3rd party future does look fairly bright.
