Well, I mean whatever you might think his 'preferences' (the word you mean, instead of bias, is preference in this case), he uses actual numbers.
Xbox One is already ahead of Wii U in America. Xbox One consistently sells four times the Wii U in America. You'd have to be 'biased' (i.e., 'prefer Wii U to the point of ignoring reality') to argue.
He isn't biased, because he isn't -ignoring- anything because of his preferences. If anything, he's paying attention to salient facts because of his preferences.
