Metroid Prime 3 looked no different from Prime 2 in early screens, but the final release looked notably better.

More recently, 3D World underwent a noticeable visual upgrade between E3 last year and later trailers/the finished product.

Pikmin 3 and The Wonderful 101 (Project P-100) were greatly improved from the E3 2012 footage.

Tropical Freeze had some minor improvements.

The only Wii U game that looks significantly worse compared to trailers is ZombiU (third-party).
