That only works so much and they've done it too often in recent years and now they've worn it out. The 'Mario Team' making a Mario game isn't exactly shocking. It's their job regardless, it's everything this particular group of people within the greater workforce employed by Nintendo do for a living. Nothing else.

Except the other games they've done...and only doing Mario does not mean they shouldn't do something else when Mario isn't drawing in crowds lie it once did.
