I actually think the One is doing pretty well. Its beating PS4 in the US...which shows there's a momentum change possibly happening there. I don't think Sony can afford to not be competitive in the US with PS4. If they don't stay on their toes MS will take back the US and UK. Sony needs to have a strong E3. And hopefully some big exclusives will launch for them soon.
I think global X1 sales will look a bit more healthy when you add on the missing regions. This should be fixed come September!
