So with that $50 giftcard, it'll essentially net me a free game, which of course would be Mario Kart 8! Well I'd have to pay $10, but still a great deal for an otherwise $60 game! A better way to look at it would be that I'd basically be buying a Mario Kart 8 Wii U bundle for $300, then buying NSMBU + NSLU for $10. This deal is actually a much better value than if Nintendo actually made a Mario Kart 8 bundle. Sure I'd have to pay more money for a game I'm not really interested in, but I could always just sell them for much more than I bought em for, after I swap it's case with MK8's of course! (I hate MK8's red casing!) Now if nintendo were to drop a $50 cut on top of a MK8 bundle, then I'd be at a loss, but not by much, and only if they actually do all of that. Taking this deal now would be the safer play as there's no guarantee they'll even bundle Mario Kart 8, atleast not upon it's release. There are a few other minor negatives though. I don't know how long the gift card will be good for, and I'd be forced to buy Mario Kart 8 at Target, who may or may not have the game in day 1. So anywhos, what are yals thoughts!?
