And that is very interesting because many people in the thread (OP included) talk about the games they hate, yet the thread is about popular games we don't like.

Then why did you put "Name a popular game that you just don't like" in the title? Why didn't you put "Name a popular game that you hate"?

Oh, and let me just say that to me, there are games that can be frustrating, disapponting or just plain boring, but I find it hard to believe that people can hate a game/franchise.
