I don't even have an Xbox One to answer this question but what does this have to do with the topic? You think you only get apps/programs if you can't access it with a browser? You should tell them that since they are so crazy and give you a download on PC even if you can use your browser. Same with Spotify and so on...
I would almost bet that it doesn't work on Xbox Ones browser and that this is the reason why you "asked" even if you already know the answer. Why else would you post in an Xbox One thread right?
